A "dialogue" where the voice of another is absent may soothe anxiety, but it also leaves us hollow. Anxiety frightens us more and more, yet there is no other way to truly feel alive. Just as white light scatters into a rainbow of colors, so anxiety—the universal feeling of life—is experienced through a spectrum of emotions ranging from shame to joy.

Motherhood is a shared communion with life in every sense. How could it ever be free of anxiety? Anxiety nudges us to somehow find a way to live with it. We can either step into resonance with it, or we can silence it, entering a silent world.

Resonance is a state where the world and the human being sound in harmony, transforming one another. Resonance is felt through emotions and expressed through speech. Speech without resonance is merely sound in a void. Technology has the power to make the world silent to us. This silence is experienced as a feeling of weariness and emptiness

In today's world, AI is already a constant participant in relationships and therapeutic processes. We invite you to speak with us about the place it occupies in your life, your relationship with your child, and with others.

What do you talk about with AI? What happens when AI answers your questions, comforts you, or explains things? Why do you share something deeply important with someone else through your dialogue with AI? Why does it feel safer this way? Is it possible to ask about this (and why is it so difficult) in real, face-to-face interaction?

And other questions.

Our goal is to create a space where it is possible to explore your relationship with AI. We would be glad to welcome to this gathering not only clients, but also professionals who work with people. After all, in therapeutic practice, there are now always three of us: the client, the therapist, and AI.

Format

The open meeting will take place on August 22, 2:00 PM – 3:30 PM (Moscow time) online via Zoom as a live conversation and collaborative exploration of the theme.
