Philopraxis OÜ offers the following services through the website exi-care.com:
Subscription that provides a 25% discount on all available events
Selling tickets for in-person and online events
Access to online courses
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service with advance notice to users.
2. Registration and Account
Creating an account may be required to purchase services. You commit to:
Provide accurate and current data at registration
Independently ensure the confidentiality of login data
Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access to your account at contact-info@exi-care.com
We have the right to block or delete an account in case of violation of these Terms.
3. Payment and Prices
All prices are quoted in euros and include applicable taxes. Payments are processed through the Stripe payment service. Philopraxis OÜ does not store payment card data.
Philopraxis OÜ reserves the right to change prices. Changes do not affect already paid orders.
4. Subscription
The subscription is arranged under the terms indicated on the website and provides a 25% discount on all available payment options for events.
The subscription discount is provided only to the subscriber and cannot be transferred to other persons
The subscription is valid from payment until the end of the paid period
Automatic renewal of the subscription is performed unless the user cancels it before the end of the current period
You can cancel the subscription at any time in the account settings
5. Event Tickets
After successful payment, the ticket is sent to the email address you provided.
The ticket is valid for one visit
Transfer of the ticket to third parties is permitted unless otherwise stated for the sale of a specific event
In case the event is canceled by the organizer, the ticket cost is refunded in full
Refund for other reasons is carried out in accordance with section 7 of these Terms
6. Online Courses
Access to an online course is granted after successful payment. Unless otherwise specified, access is provided for the duration indicated on the course page.
Course materials are intended for personal use only
Recording, copying, and distribution of course materials without permission is prohibited
Access to the course is tied to the account and cannot be transferred to another person
7. Refunds
Refund conditions are determined in accordance with applicable Estonian and EU consumer rights legislation.
Digital content (online courses): the right to withdraw from the contract applies within 14 days from purchase, unless you start using the content. By viewing materials, you confirm the waiver of the right to a refund
Event tickets: refund is possible at least 48 hours before the event starts. In case of event cancellation — full refund
Subscription: unused remainder of the current period is not refunded

8. Intellectual Property
All content on the exi-care.com website — texts, images, logos, course materials — is the property of Philopraxis OÜ or used with legal grounds. Reproduction, distribution, or creation of derivative materials without written permission is prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
Philopraxis OÜ is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or damages arising from the use or inability to use the site and services.
The total liability of Philopraxis OÜ to the user does not exceed the amount paid for the respective service.
This limitation does not apply in cases where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes are subject to review in Estonian courts.
Consumers residing in the EU have the right to use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
We strive to resolve disputes out of court — please first contact us at contact-info@exi-care.com.
11. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms. The current version is always available on the exi-care.com website. Continuing to use the website after changes are posted means your agreement with the updated Terms. In case of significant changes, we will notify you by email.

5. Event Tickets
After successful payment, the ticket is sent to the email address you provided.
The ticket is valid for one entry
Transfer of the ticket to third parties is allowed unless otherwise specified when selling a specific event
In case of event cancellation by the organizer, the ticket cost is refunded in full
Refunds for other reasons are carried out according to section 7 of these Terms
6. Online Courses
Access to an online course is granted after successful payment. Unless otherwise stated, access is granted for the period specified on the course page.
Course materials are intended solely for personal use
Recording, copying, and distribution of course materials without permission is prohibited
Access to the course is linked to an account and cannot be transferred to another person
7. Refund Policy
Refund conditions are determined in accordance with applicable Estonian and EU consumer rights legislation.
Digital Content (Online Courses): The right to withdraw from the contract is valid within 14 days from the purchase, provided you have not started using the content. By starting to view the materials, you confirm your waiver of the right to a refund
Event Tickets: Refunds are possible at least 48 hours before the event begins. In case of event cancellation — full refund
Subscription: The unused portion of the current period is non-refundable
