An open Balint group where therapists from various modalities work on their therapeutic stance, countertransference, and the delicate dynamics in the consulting room within a safe and deeply respectful space.

Unlike traditional supervision, our focus here is not on case conceptualization, but on helping the therapist maintain their ground, hold complex emotions, and gain a deeper understanding of the relational flow between therapist and client. We step away from rigid terminology and genetic interpretations, choosing instead to embrace spontaneity, emotional resonance, and the true aliveness of the process, all while holding a secure boundary.

Meeting Format

The group has a relational (psychoanalytic) orientation, but no specialized training in this modality is required to participate. All that is needed is a few clients in your current practice and a foundational education in psychotherapy (or being in the active phase of your studies). The facilitator ensures the boundaries, safety, and respect for diverse perspectives. The maximum number of participants is 7.

Meeting Time

Meetings are held once every two weeks on Thursdays at 6:00 PM (Moscow time), lasting 1.5 hours. Currently, the group is open.
