Author of the podcast "Kontsert pod kryshei"

Psychotherapy, as I see it, is a joint exploration of experiences, questions, and meanings. It's a space for an honest dialogue with oneself and the search for one's own answers.

Types of Requests I Work With

  • Transitional life periods (emigration, career changes, relationship crises, motherhood, or other significant changes)

  • Grief and Loss

  • Inner Conflicts and Complex Decisions

  • Relationship Difficulties

  • Perfectionism and Hypercontrol

  • Anxiety, Emotional Stress

  • Burnout

  • Depression

Biography

I came into psychology in 2019, transitioning from a career in the automotive industry, where I spent many years in marketing and customer service.

An interest in psychology and the inner world of individuals gradually evolved from a personal curiosity into a professional choice.

Education and Professional Path

  • Moscow Institute of Psychoanalysis (2022)
Higher psychological education provided a theoretical foundation, allowing engagement with various psychotherapy approaches and helping to establish my initial professional guidelines.

During my studies, I also developed an interest in sports psychology. This topic became the basis of my master's thesis and several scientific publications.

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
Association of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (2020) The "Basic Course" became a crucial practical starting point for me, essentially a runway into the profession.

Working within the classical cognitive-behavioral approach, I gradually began questioning the depth of change. The strict protocols and focus on cognitive restructuring did not always allow for the level of emotions and requests that people brought. It became increasingly important to work not only with the content of thoughts and behavior but also with how individuals relate to their inner experiences and life as a whole.

  • ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy)
These explorations led me to ACT—a third-wave cognitive-behavioral approach emphasizing psychological flexibility, mindfulness, and human values.

The foundational training was completed at MSU (2022), with further advancement through specialized thematic training sessions. My practice was considerably influenced by training under Russ Harris.

  • Existential Psychotherapy
Later, as I began working as a group psychotherapist (2024), I became acquainted with existential psychotherapy. This approach broadened my practice's scope and allowed me to delve deeply into human experience, viewing human challenges not merely as psychological symptoms but as part and parcel of one’s way of existing and connecting with the world.

Currently, I continue training in existential psychotherapy and philosophical consulting.

Psychological Education

Since the inception of my career, I've been engaged in promoting psychological knowledge and maintaining a blog.

In 2023, I released two seasons of the podcast "Concert Under the Roof"—a project at the intersection of psychology and music. Popular songs became a springboard to discuss important psychological themes: relationships, vulnerability, self-care.

The idea of the podcast is to try to hear familiar songs from a new perspective: imagine the track’s protagonist in a therapist’s chair and discover something important about oneself through music.

Present Work

I conduct private practice: working online individually with clients, as well as facilitating psychotherapy groups. In my work, I adhere to a careful and respectful approach to each person and their story.

I view professional development as a continuous process. Regular intervisions, supervisions, and training remain an essential part of my practice.

  • In some instances, this may involve structured work on a specific problem, while in others, a more flexible exploration of experiences, thinking mechanisms, values, and meanings may take place.
