Intervizor Group is a space for professional discussion of client cases, therapeutic challenges, and work-related questions among colleagues. Unlike supervision, there is no single expert here: participants collectively explore, share hypotheses, notice blind spots, strengthen their psychotherapeutic stance, and broaden their professional perspective.

Meeting Times

2nd Monday of every month, 16:00-18:00 (MSK)

The group can be useful if it is important for you to:

• discuss complex cases in a safe and respectful atmosphere;

• receive feedback from colleagues;

• better understand client dynamics and your own reactions during sessions;

• develop sensitivity, resilience, and depth in therapeutic understanding.

In meetings, we examine real cases from practice, explore contact difficulties, therapist emotional reactions, transference-countertransference processes, boundaries, doubts, and ethical questions. The focus is not on techniques and mechanisms of a specific approach but on understanding what is happening in therapy and finding support for further work.

The Intervizor Group is suitable for both beginners and practicing professionals who find it important not to remain alone with their challenges. It is a format where you can not only gain an outside perspective but also strengthen your own professional position.
