An intervision group is a space for professional reflection on client cases, therapeutic challenges, and work-related questions in the company of peers.
Unlike supervision, there is no single expert here: participants explore together, share hypotheses, notice blind spots, strengthen their psychotherapeutic presence, and expand their professional horizon.

The meeting takes place online on the Zoom platform.

Each participant is welcomed to:

• explore complex cases in a safe and deeply respectful atmosphere,

• receive gentle feedback from peers,

• gain a clearer view of the client's dynamics and one's own reactions in practice,

• nurture sensitivity, presence, and the depth of therapeutic understanding.

  
  The group is designed for regular meetings throughout 2026 (April–December) and focuses on exploring real cases from the participants' practice.

Format of the Meetings

Meetings take place every second Monday of the month from 15:00 to 17:00 (Moscow time) online via Zoom.

During our meetings, we sit with real cases from our practices, exploring the challenges of contact, the therapist's emotional responses, transference and countertransference dynamics, boundaries, doubts, and ethical questions. Our focus is on understanding the living process of therapy and finding inner ground for further work.

Meeting Facilitator

Ivan Troyanov — existential-humanistic psychologist, supervisor, and member of the organizing committee of the Alliance for Existential Consulting and Care (ECCA).

Since 2024, he has served as a supervisor for the "Open Doors" project, providing supervisions in a multimodal approach. Member of The Association for Humanistic Psychology.

In his practice, he holds close the principles of the existential-humanistic approach: honest contact with the human being, holding the emerging tension, and placing a priority on living relationship over mere techniques.

The cost of participating in a single meeting is 2000 ₽ / 20 €

Payment options by blocks:

• All meetings of 2026 (9 meetings, April–December) — 18 000 ₽ / 180 €
