Meeting Recording
Suicidal thoughts and self-harm

An analysis of a clinical case and a discussion of the key principles of existential therapy when working with suicidal thoughts and self-harm, based on contemporary clinical data and philosophical foundations.
In therapeutic practice, the issue of non-suicidal self-harm and suicidal ideation remains one of the most complex challenges. This seminar offers a holistic view: from current epidemiology and the findings of modern scientific research to the philosophical foundations found in the works of Søren Kierkegaard, Jean-Paul Sartre, Albert Camus, and Paul Tillich. Participants will be able to relate the material to their own practice and ask questions.
