This group is designed for practicing psychologists of various modalities — both those taking their first steps and those with extensive professional experience.

During each of our gatherings, we will gently explore the clinical cases brought by participants, keeping our focus centered on the following:

• the therapist's way of being, and how, from within this way of being, they are present in the therapeutic space; how they perceive the client, the client's life situation, and their own life journey as the meaningful landscape of therapy;

  
  

• the client's way of being, and how, from within this way, they inhabit the therapeutic encounter; how the therapist is present for them; and how they carry both their own life situation and that of the therapist;

  
  

• the inner possibilities of both therapist and client as they unfold in the therapeutic relationship — looking at whether these potential paths are being embraced freely and fully, or if they feel constricted and confined. In the latter case, we will warmly contemplate together what might help gently open up these possibilities for both therapist and client.

For this kind of deep professional reflection, the language of Daseinsanalysis — rooted in the philosophy of Heidegger — is beautifully suited. Please note that prior knowledge of Heidegger's philosophy is by no means required.

This group is now gathering for its sixth season. We are blessed to have a core of returning members who foster an open, welcoming atmosphere where newcomers quickly find a sense of belonging. Every participant is welcome to simply join the reflection or to bring their own case for supervision. We grow and evolve together — it is a living, deeply touching, and human process.

Meeting Format

The online group meets biweekly on Thursdays from 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM (Moscow time) on Zoom.

This space is dedicated to practicing therapists and those training in existential or related approaches. In our meetings, we hold and explore our participants' cases in a safe, deeply respectful atmosphere. No additional preparation is needed.

Access to recordings of the sessions can be provided to group members, subject to a shared commitment to confidentiality.

Facilitator

Aleksey Lyzlov — PhD in Psychology, Associate Professor at the Department of Modern Problems of Philosophy, Faculty of Philosophy, RSUH. Specialist in the Daseinsanalysis of Medard Boss, author of lectures and courses on phenomenology and the Daseinsanalytic approach. He teaches and leads supervision groups within the existential and Daseinsanalytic traditions.

The cost of the full cycle (10 meetings) is 15,000 ₽ / 1,500 ₽ per single meeting.
