Biography
I have been in psychology since 2021. My path here began through sports: by the age of 18, I had spent 10 years playing volleyball and was part of a professional team in Saint Petersburg. During that time, psychology books began appearing on my bedside table one after another, and an interest in how players interact with each other and the coaching staff gradually became more important to me than the game results.
In 2022, I completed my professional retraining at the Faculty of Psychology of Saint Petersburg State University (SPbSU), began my private psychological practice, and enrolled in a three-year program in "Existential Psychotherapy and Counseling" at the N. P. Bekhtereva Training Center. In 2026, I completed my Master's degree at the Moscow Institute of Psychoanalysis, defending my thesis on the connection between existential anxiety and volitional regulation in young people.
The choice of my professional approach felt intuitively clear: existential therapy deeply resonated with my views on human nature and life. During my training, I felt that I was "in my right place." This feeling has stayed with me ever since, helping me live honestly and with a sense of genuine curiosity.
It is this genuine curiosity—about a person and their way of being—that has become a fundamental condition of my presence in this profession. Every time I meet a client, it is essential for me to be ready, with interest and care, to hold whatever they trust me with for our joint exploration.
Alongside my practice, I continue my own personal therapy, stay active in sports, and try to remain sensitive to the flow of daily life. I am deeply inspired by the courage in people: the courage to be, to love, and to create, and I believe that in this journey, therapy can serve as a warm, supportive companion.
